das Hotel ist in einer super Lage, mitten in der Innenstadt. Es ist klein, überschaubar und sehr empfehlenswert.Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit ist top!

keine Minibar im Zimmer, leider nur unten an er Reception.

Ideale Lage, top renoviert, freundlicher Empfang. Klimaanlage im Sommer besonders wohltuend.

sehr kleines aber feines hotel und eine super lage direkt bei der giralda. ich kann das hotel nur weiter empfehlen.

Sehr gute Lage in der Altstadt

Zimmer hatte nur ein kleines Fenster, das Frühstück ist nicht inbegriffen.

ein winziges zimmer ohne fenster,das fenster zum innenhof sehr klein und nahezu lichtundurchlässig...klaustrophobie kann hier erlernt werden.

unser Zimmer war schlecht isoliert. am früh morgen war sehr laut.

The location to the sites we wanted to visit was great but the hotel itself is off a main street and up an alleyway with not a very appealing location or entrance.

We were first given a room on the third (highest) floor. There was a glass type of roof but no way to vent the area so it was very hot. The room itself would have been cool enough but the A/C was leaking water on the floor so fast a towel couldn't keep it dry. There was also a small step up as soon as you entered the room (allowed the door to swing open) that you could easily trip on and the cold water at the sink had hardly any water pressure. No windows in the room except one to the interior court that you would not want to open due to the heat. After a little negotiation we were moved to a second story room that was more updated but still no window to the outside. There was also no elevator. I would only stay here if I was on a budget and wanted to be close to the cathederal.

Excellent location, good value, helpful bilingual staff. Room was charming and well maintained.

Location. Interesting building. Comfortable beds with soft pillows. Good climate control. Dresser with ample drawer space.

Badly designed shower room - oversize sink located opposite shower stall makes entering/exiting shower difficult. Shower stall less than 2 foot square and very cramped. Staff not very helpful or friendly.

Great location. The hotel is located bang in the center of the city, right by the cathedral. The staff is really nice and helpful. The rooms are cosy

This was the second time we stayed at the hotel and the only thing is that this time we were allocated one of the ground floor rooms. It was noisy as you can hear all what is going on in the reception area.

There were no elevators and room was on 3rd floor. Room was sparse for the price and had no external windows. We stayed at several less expensive hotels on this trip and had more amenities.

The Giralda is comfortable, though the showers are small the bathrooms are nice. But there are two things that make this little hotel a stand out: the staff and the location. The staff is knowledgeable, make good recommendations and are thoughtful. The second thing is the perfect location, a quiet little street in the heart of Santa Cruz with everything a vacationing couple could wish within walking distance. Your taxi will not be able to take you to the door, but that is exactly what makes this little street peaceful in the evening.

The hotel is really well located, very near to the church and some great hot spots in Sevilla. The room was a very cozy and confortable duplex. Bathroom was beautiful. There are no services, but staff is really helpfull.
